I founded The Katiya Experience to bridge the gap between high-level performance and travel that nourishes the soul. I’ve turned a lifelong passion for discovery and a meticulous eye for detail into a mission for the bold. My goal is simple: I handle the architecture of the trip—from high-level logistics and group sourcing to bespoke itinerary design—so my Guests show up and are present for every moment.

The Philosophy
My life reflects the same intention I bring to your travel. I believe that where you go changes how you think and how you grow. When I explore a destination, I do it firsthand—so every recommendation I make comes from lived experience. The places I discover, the hotels I stay in, and the routes I take are all vetted for the level of sophistication and seamless execution that my Guests require.

I’m a travel advisor and group specialist, designing bespoke itineraries, corporate off-sites, and milestone celebrations for clients who demand precision. I hold specialist certifications across key destinations and global travel categories, and I’ve built strong relationships with suppliers worldwide. Every recommendation I make is grounded in verified expertise and firsthand knowledge.

I launched The Female Founder Retreats for the women who build extraordinary things. These exclusive, luxury retreats are hosted entirely at female-founded and- owned properties. They are designed for values-aligned women who already know that supporting each other is non-negotiable, providing a rare space to connect and experience joy without the pressure to be impressive.
