Marcy Holthus saw what this building could become long before anyone else did. A hammered limestone schoolhouse built in 1889 — one of Park City's original three — that survived a great fire, a stock market crash, and a century of reinvention before she took it down to the studs and rebuilt it as something the territory hadn't seen before.
The Washington School House is now a two-Michelin-Key property in the heart of historic Park City — twelve rooms and suites where European antiques meet reclaimed oak floors, where a terraced hillside pool overlooks the mountains, and where the level of care applied to every detail quietly announces that nothing here was left to chance. This is the kind of property that doesn't need to tell you it's exceptional. You feel it the moment you arrive.
