The Pinnacle Kigali
June 2027
Welcome to your Rwandan getaway. I have curated this four-day retreat to offer you a seamless escape into the heart of Kigali. Hosted at The Pinnacle—a breathtaking property on Rebero Hill founded by the visionary Sheila Kyarisiima—this experience is a distinct departure from traditional business trips. Instead of packed meeting rooms and formal professional sessions, you can expect a beautifully planned environment designed for genuine connection, cultural immersion, and true rest.
All the travel details—from your personal airport greeting to the private transportation—are handled to allow you to be fully immersed in the experience.
Here’s a glimpse of what you can expect during our time together:
Immersive, Female-Led Experiences: We will step out into the community to connect directly with the incredible women shaping Kigali. Our days include exclusive experiences like a barista session with a female-owned enterprise supporting thousands of Rwandan women farmers, a home-cooked lunch at the Nyamirambo Women's Center, and a private tour of a contemporary art institute co-founded by local women.
Curated Connection: This retreat is designed to surround you with a supportive group of like-minded female founders. Our evenings are reserved for genuine camaraderie, featuring relaxed "Founders' Dinners" where you can share your experiences and empower one another without the pressure of traditional business networking.
Freedom to Choose: Because your retreat should fit your exact needs, this itinerary includes a "Choose Your Own Track" afternoon. You can tailor your day by opting for a reflective visit to the Kigali Genocide Memorial, exploring local style on a women-led fashion and design tour, or simply unwinding at the property's spa and padel court.
Space to Breathe and Be: A meaningful getaway is a marathon, not a sprint. I have intentionally built purposeful downtime into our schedule. You will have plenty of quiet moments to recharge, reflect, and relax by the saltwater infinity pool.
Take a look at the daily flow below to see how our journey will unfold.
